Campbell County Health is pleased to recognize Allison Fraicola, PA-C , as a valued member of our WYOS orthopedic team.

Allison earned her Physician Assistant degree from Seton Hill University near Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. She began her career on an orthopedic trauma team in Virginia, where she discovered her passion for orthopedics and the meaningful impact it can have on patients’ lives.

Growing up active in sports and managing her own injuries along the way, Allison developed a strong interest in helping others recover, regain function, and return to the activities they love. She finds it especially rewarding to relieve pain and improve patients’ quality of life both physically and functionally.

While much of her experience has been in inpatient and emergency settings, Allison enjoys building lasting relationships with patients and families at CCH. Originally from a small town near Pittsburgh, she feels right at home in Gillette, appreciating the welcoming community and strong sense of connection.

Outside of work, Allison enjoys staying active through hiking, paddle boarding, and water sports.
